Based in Seattle, Porter not only designs spaces for corporate and residential end-users but activates them with amenities that tenants won’t find anywhere else. Our relationship with Porter began when they were still a furniture dealership for corporate offices—at a time when COVID was forcing a paradigm shift across every workplace in the country. In a rapidly hybridizing world, Porter needed to pivot in a new direction.
We partnered closely with the Porter team to establish Porter as the go-to experts in designing spaces that keep people coming back again and again—breathing new life into downtown’s vacant office buildings. We defined their service lines; crafted a new messaging framework and go-to-market strategy; grew their brand engagement through digital content and video; and led their sales team in bringing Activated Amenities—a totally new concept for the industry—to Porter’s prospective clients. The end result: beautiful campaign work, a dedicated audience that hasn’t stopped growing, and more signed deals for Porter.
